Core Project Consulting Pty.Ltd. have consultants who are experts in the areas of legal matters in the Construction Industry.  Our areas of expertise in legal matters include: Construction; Civil and Structural Engineering; Building; Paint and Render; Waterproofing and other general building related matters.

We have an expert knowledge in a Building Code of Australia, Australian Standard relevant to construction and building, Guide to Standards and Tolerances, and Master Builders literature and guides.  We have a number of engineers who provide expertise in legal matters.

Our Director Greg Beard B.E. (civil) provides the following services in this area:

• Expert Evidence: Attendance at tribunal and court
• Defects Reports: Detailed defects reports suitable for litigation or Home Owners Warranty Claims
• Compliance Reports: Assessment and preparation of building compliance issues – compliance to BCA and Australian Standards

• Scott Schedules: Preparation of scott schedules and detailed costings in accordance with relevant cost guides
